Our rooms in shared houses are offered at an ‘all in’ rent which includes lighting, heating, council tax, broadband and sky or cable television.
There are the usual conveniences of auto washers and dryers, dishwashers and fridge freezers together with burglar alarms, security lights and we also supply kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, vacuum cleaners, iron, ironing boards and general hardware.
Safety, of course, is paramount. Gas and electrical certification is in place together with local authority registration.
